Booking:
All bookings must be made no later than 10 working days prior to the
course date. In the event that any of the courses are full, or for late
requests, an alternative date will be offered. All prices quoted
are excluding VAT.
Payment:
Payment must be received prior to commencement of the course.
Transferring
courses: We are happy
for delegates to transfer a booking to a later date free of charge, if
the request is received no less than 10 working days prior to the
original date. Transfer requests received less than 10 working days
prior to the start date, will be subject to an administration fee of
25%. If the transferred booking is subsequently cancelled at any time
and/or the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee remains
payable.
Cancelling
courses: All cancellations to
bookings must be made at least 10 working days prior to the start of a
course to qualify for a full refund. If a booking is cancelled between 9
- 4 working days, a 50% fee will be applied. If cancelled within 3
working days or less, or if the delegate fails to attend, the full
course fee must be paid immediately.
Changing
delegate details: There will
be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original
delegate. Please inform Trainy Days of any change to the original
booking.
Course
alteration/cancellation by Trainy Days:
Trainy Days reserves the right to alter
any of the course content without prior notice, or to cancel a course at
any time without liability. In these circumstances, the delegate will be
offered another alternative date, a credit note, or a full refund.
Course
notes/training: The notes and
training for Trainy Days Limited courses cannot be relied upon for legal
interpretation. Trainy Days, nor its consultants can accept
responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading
the training notes and interpreting the training in litigation, or
responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the
training or training notes.
